Hello Kenny. I don't think gengo.com has a rule for this kind of situation. I guess it depends on what kind of material you're translating. If it's a facebook/twitter status update or something to that effect, then "Everyooooone!" might be closer to the spirit of the original. But I wouldn't feel comfortable using that on a company's website.
