Hello, since I used to have a problem with it myself, and as a reviewer of a recent project I could see other Polish translators struggle with it, too, I am writing below the shortcuts for the Polish quotation marks, which come especially handy when the word editor or platform does not allow pasting:
lower index („): Alt + 0132 (numerical pad!)
upper index (”): Alt + 0148 (numerical pad)
