Just received 2 errors on a translation that was only 21 words. The source text had improper/unclear grammar, no punctuation, and no context. Apparently Gengo thinks I am supposed to make a guess and add punctuation, in my translation, where the source sentence *should* have had it?? How is this appropriate? Sometimes it is not possible to tell what the author meant, especially when it is just a sentence fragment. Some of the short texts are obviously people quickly filling out a survey. The responders do not intend for them to be well-crafted sentences. So why should we be expected to turn them into such?? It changes the nature/tone of the source text too much!
