I'll cut straight to the chase. Turkey and Turkish have gained immense importance over the last few years. As a result, a lot of people are looking for competent translators who can translate from TURKISH into ENGLISH so that they will make their voices heard. So, I strongly recommend Gengo offer this language pair.
And please bear in mind that people living in Turkey, in one way or another, have been exposed to English. That makes it easier for them to translate from English into Turkish. (We all know that translating into one's mother tongue is generally much easier.) Besides, nearly all classes are conducted in English at Boğaziçi University (the best university in Turkey in terms of foreign languages), METU, Koç University, Sabancı University, and many others. So, my point is that people studying at or graduating from these universities find it easy to translate from English into Turkish. Most of them are employed in various companies, and they regularly do translations as part of their jobs. This, in turn, minimizes a company's need to work with a translation agency or web site. However, translating into one's B language is considerably difficult and can only be accomplished by those who are properly trained or have invested a lot of time and effort into this practice.
Well, sorry for keeping it that long, but i had to clarify my point. :) In a nutshell, Turkey is a growing country, and there are various kinds of texts to be translated into ENGLISH.

We completely understand that Turkey is a growing country and that it represents a growing market for TR>EN translation as well.
However, while you are right that the demand for this language pair may be increasing in the general market, Gengo in particular has not been receiving an increased demand for these jobs at the moment. Of course, in the event that we start receiving a considerable demand for this language pair, we would definitely consider creating it, so we will keep your suggestions in mind for the near future! :)

What have you guys got to lose? I don't understand. This is the second time one of you guys has told me this language pair is not necessary.
I totally agree with what berkaybabaoglu says. What have you got to lose guys? Demand may nat be high, but I think you should give it a try.
