The two editing jobs that you can't access are probably jobs you translated yourself that need to be checked by a second translator. This is why you cannot see them :-)
Nahhh, those jobs will be laid in the ‘pending 2nd pass’ section. These two are still sticking there keeping themselves invisible, although by now more than 6 hrs have passed.

Thanks for bringing this up. I'm actually not sure if @draper's assumption is correct and if this is the way the system is supposed to be working. Could you please send the same screenshot and explanation to our Support team so we can double check if this is the way things are supposed to work, or if it's a bug?
This issue has solved itself about 5 hrs ago (I wasn’t monitoring it, though), and now all back to normal.
