Hello, my name is Claire. I received an email last night saying that over the last seven days there have been 131 jobs in my language pairing, Fr to Eng, but I saw none of them on the dashboard and the dashboard is now saying there's nothing available. Has anyone else had the same problem? Thanks.

I think I might be having the same problem, but in a different language pair. I have been translating for Gengo since the beginning of this year in NL >> EN(GB). I have translated over 300.000 units, but they have all been for a single customer. During this time I have never seen a single job from another customer on my dashboard or my RSS-reader. I thought this might have been caused by most of the jobs being in the Pro category, but passing the Pro test a while a go did not change anything.
Hi Claire & Philip!
If you guys are talking about the weekly emails that mention the number of available jobs in your language pair during the last seven days, these include preferred jobs. However, if you are not a preferred translator for those jobs, you will not be able to see them. This would explain why sometimes the total number of jobs may not match the number of jobs that you see on your dashboard or RSS feed reader.
Hope this helps!

Dear Lara,
I was not necessarily comparing to the number of jobs in the weekly emails. I was just wondering whether it could potentially be a software problem, since I have never ever seen a single job in NL>EN(GB) that was not from one particular client (a Dutch auction house). Ofcourse it could also be possible that there are no other clients in this pair or that every client has his preferred translators and that´s why nothing shows up.
