Unfortunately we don't offer a Style Guide for Arabic at the moment :( In the meanwhile, please use our English Style Guide as a reference.

You are more than welcome to ask, and I'll be happy to help :) However, please note that I have left the Forum Moderator position as of January 1st, so from now on you may want to address questions to Megan (our Community Manager) on the forums, or to support if you need to write in directly. I am still around as a fellow translator though.
Now as for your question, if you have waited more than 30 days and still haven't received your result, the best course of action is to write in directly to support (support@gengo.com) to ask about your test.

The reason why you can't find Arabic language tests is because our tests with Arabic as a target language are currently turned off.
