Yes, I'm nitpicking - but Gengo should proof read its own newsletters. Spot the mistake in the latest one: 'Last month, quality scores rose even higher to 8.75—we're getting ever closer to that elusive 9.0 mark. It's great to see an increase in quality performance overall. And, more good news, pick-up times dropped quite significantly, too. Give yourselves a big pat on the back for your efforts! Although there hasn't been much change in the top 10 language pairs, NL>EN is slowly catching up to knock JA>EN off it's perch.'
Hint: it's the penultimate word...

I couldn't spot any mistakes here. And everything's fine with the word OFF as well:

Unfortunately I have to agree with liz.bradley-puhr.
The last part should be "off its perch" and this is instructed in Gengo's Style Guide.
Do not use "it's" for a possessive. (See Apostrophes on Page 8.)

Correct. I was focussing on the word 'off' and overlooked 'it's' ;-)
