hello, how to translate phrases between {....}

the phrase is like this,.

You can also %{sign_a_message} with this address.

 

should we translate the words inbetween the {...} or leave it as it's?

    Special characters ($, %, #, ...) usually represent variables in programs, thus you should leave then as, and do not translate the variable names.
