    Hi @vimkushadi,

    Each translator's RSS feed link is different, according to their qualifications, so your personal URL would not work for anybody else :)

    I LOVE the RSS feeder, but for the last 4 days the sound hasn't worked so I've missed a LOT of translations. I contacted the developer, no answer yet. I've checked and rechecked my preferences and tested the sound and everything was good.

    Normally I'd just wait for it to come back, but I think I've lost over $100 by now...

    Make that $200- I've just watched 4 translations go by and missed them bc I wasn't looking at my screen when they came through

    From the page running the feedreader I just clicked the 'contact us' and filled out a contact form from there.

    Hi Cheryl — from your first comment I thought you were using Feeder (you said “RSS feeder”) but now I’m not so sure (“feedreader”). Could you please clarify which RSS feed reader you’re using? Feeder is a company developing and maintaining an RSS feed reader, but not all RSS feed readers can be called “feeder.”
    If you’re using Feeder, I may be able to check with Gengo’s contact person at the company. If it’s something else, unfortunately we won’t be able to help as they’re third-party products run by other companies and we are not in touch with all of them.

    Hi Cheryl -- Alexander, the creator of RumpelstiltskinRSS, recently posted here about a user who had contacted him about sound issues, but didn't leave a contact email, so he couldn't reply. Perhaps it's you? Please feel free to post on that thread to communicate with Alexander directly :)

    Hi Lara - Thanks for pointing Cheryl to my post. I added a mandatory email address field to the RumpelstiltskinRSS contact page so a similar situation should not easily arise again.
