Pozdrav svima!:)

Još jedno pitanje i prestajem :))))

Hvala puno Marija, stvarno si mi dala prave informacije:)

    Pozdrav!

    :)

    Hi Natasa,

I hope you hear back from Support soon, as you are right: we no longer support Skrill payments.

We are working on implementing Payoneer, though working with a third party takes time, so it may be a while until it is ready for use. We will continue to pay via PayPal until Payoneer is ready to roll, but I recommend that you have a look at it and maybe get an account if you would like to switch to it when the time comes :)

I know you no longer support Skrill payments - that's why I was surprised when I received a payment into my Skrill account this morning. I've already set up a PayPal account and chosen it as my method of payment, but the money didn't go there. I'll see what the support team will say.

Yes, please let us know when you get a replied!

I thought I would let you know about Payoneer (even though it is not ready yet) since I read you guys preferred Skrill, and Payoneer also provides a credit card and lower fees than PayPal :)

    I got this reply:

I am not sure how that happened but I can confirm your payment method currently is set as skrill.

I have changed it to paypal now.

So even though Skrill isn't listed as an option, it was still my payment method. Strange. I hope there won't be any problems next time I try to withdraw the money.

    Thanks for sharing, Natasa!

I will keep an eye out for this issue, but hopefully it will be already solved next time you request a payout :)

When I switched to PayPal about 2 months ago, I had a similar problem. I'm convinced I changed my preference to PayPal, yet I received the money through Skrill. I contacted support, they changed it to PayPal, and the next payment was through PayPal as it should be.

What bothers me most about changing the payment method, this time to PayPal and probably in the future to Payoneer, is that I have no option to request only a small amount so I can test if everything works fine. If, due to some error on my side, the money vanishes into thin air, it had better be $1 or $10 rather than $100 or more. (As it happened, during the time I tried to switch I picked some largish jobs, so my first payment through PayPal was more than I felt comfortable with.)

Alexander, I think along similar lines. Since we can only request a full payout, I didn't want to wait till I earned $100 or more, because that amount would be too much for me to lose. I wanted to test whether this PayPal thing works in Serbia by withdrawing a smaller amount. Now that the support team has definitely changed my method of payment to PayPal, I'll have to test it again as soon as I've earned $10 or so (even though this basically means I'll receive almost no money after the fees have been deducted by Gengo and PayPal :)).
