Results take way too long

It's been at least three months since I submitted my pro-test, but it still says it is being reviewed. 

I even commented on this problem a few weeks ago, but the reply didn't help. 

When do you think I'll be able to get my results back?

    Apologies for the delay, Ellen. The reason why it's taking so long is because we don't have a Senior Translator for your pair at the moment (so there's no one to review the test). We're actively looking for a replacement and their number one priority will be to review all outstanding tests. Sorry once again and thank you for your patience!

    Thanks for the quick reply. I hope you find replacement for Senior Translator asap :)
