    Thank you for your question about the work volume from English to Arabic, and for sharing your experiences on our forum.

    We are still offering translation services in English to Arabic, but we’d like to emphasise that volume in this language pair tends to fluctuate a lot, and English to Arabic does tend to be one of our quieter language pairs. If you haven’t done so already, we’d recommend installing an RSS feed reader and setting it up to refresh frequently so that you receive a notification when work in your language pair comes onto the system. We’d also recommend keeping an eye on the ‘Weekly Stats’ emails that we send every Tuesday since these give an indication of when work might become available in your language pair based on the previous week’s activity. If you aren’t receiving these emails, please reach out to me at katrina.paterson@lionbridge.com and we’ll get these set up for you. 

    We hope that these points help to clarify why you haven’t seen any work becoming available on the platform in recent months, but if you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.
