Customer and translator accounts are the SAME.
To switch between the Customer Dashboard and the Translator Dashboard, hover the mouse over your name, on the top right corner of the page. A menu will drop down, where you can click on Customer or Translator.
Don't see "Translator"?
If you don't see "Translator" in the menu underneath "Switch Account" then this means your account isn't registered as a Translator account. The easiest way to resolve this is simply by accessing the Translator Dashboard.
Deleted your account?
If you already deleted your account in an attempt to re-open it as a Translator account please note this won't work.
You can submit a support request and we will help you re-activate it.
