The quality reviews are conducted randomly and not all of your jobs will be reviewed. Job allocation is not yet determined by your quality score so your lack of reviews has no impact on your ability to access jobs at this stage.
Even if you currently don't have a quality score, you will still be able to work on new jobs in the system.
