If you need a receipt for your order, you can download it as a printable PDF file.
To get a receipt for an individual Job, go to your Approved jobs page, open the relevant Job details page, and then click on Printable receipt.
To get a receipt for an Order (one or several Jobs), go to your Account/Orders page. Then, click on Printable receipt for the relevant Order.
If you need a single receipt for multiple orders, please contact support with the following information:
*Company name
*Contact name
*Company address
*Email address
*Transaction ID
*Purchase amount
*Paid date
We send out receipts* on the 15th and last day of every month.
*Not to be confused with invoice:
- An invoice is a document issued requesting for payment (before the payment)
- A receipt is a document that proves that we received the payment from you (after the payment)
