I would like to introduce Rica Tero, who has recently joined our Lionbridge Community Team as Community Management Associate for Gengo.
In her new role, she will be dedicated to moderating the forum and responding to posts and queries to ensure our community is heard and the right issues are getting to the right people within the company. This will ensure we are fully aware of our translators' needs and help us to further improve our product. On top of that, Rica will be driving our monthly newsletter, stats emails and the bonus campaigns.
While she's still learning all the things Gengo, she's already available to answer your posts and support you in your translator journey.
