Am I the only one having trouble getting any jobs today? I don't know if there is something wrong with the platform, or if somebody is taking all of them.

    Hello, Esraa! I have the same problem. I am a new translator (EN-RU) and haven't been able to land one so far. They appear and are instantly taken. Some kind of alchemy)

    Thanks for sharing your issues, and I apologize for the late response about this.

    Gengo works on a "first-come, first-served" basis. So once a translator works on a collection, it will not be accessible to others. What I can recommend is to change your email preferences here or set an RSS feed (guide here). You can see all the other details on how to claim jobs in this article that will surely help you.

    However, if you think the problem is with the system, don't hesitate to get in touch with support to help you fix it. Even if this is late, I hope that this will help you in the future.

    Me too.I can't get any job.I am new to gengo.
    how do i setup my job offers?
    I can perform Nepali to English translations.
    It says to setup RSS feeder which I already did.
    Or is it because my language pair hasn't been made available to customers?
    But there is a language pair when i checked.
    What should i do?

    Hi Sagar.

    The clients order the jobs on the platform, and you will see them on your dashboard. You can read this support article to learn more about claiming jobs. Also, as per checking, the Nepali-English language pair is still in the process and not yet available for order.
