Same here :) It's just happened recently. Have you contacted the Support team yet?

Well its not like they will tell you anything useful. Wondered if it could be something that I can try to solve on my end (like deleting caches/cookies)

    Hello everyone!

If this issue keeps happening from time to time, kindly send a ticket to the support team. There might be an issue that we are not aware of. It's great if we can notify the support team so they can immediately notify the tech team and ask for clarification and/or explanation about this. Thank you.

As far I can tell, there seems to be a connection between instant notifications and the 172.gengo.com address. Whenever I get it, it's either from clicking the link in the email or a job on the dashboard for which instant notification has been sent.

The workaround is of course going to the address bar, removing "172." from the job's URL, and hitting Enter. Of course you may miss the job because of this extra hoop (incidentally, it happened just now, drat, that’s another $1.00 gone), but that's the way the cookie usually crumbles over here.

    Heyke

I've have experienced this issue a lot during the last few weeks. Didn't report it though as there has been so little work that it did not seem worth the bother any more.

The 172 error has been going on for a while and the tech department knows about it. There's another thread here by Logos sarada about the same issue. The solution is to stop using the instant notifications.

Thanks everyone for the comments. Now the email notification (I use gmail) sometimes is delayed anywhere up to 10 mins after it landed in inbox. does anyone know if this is gengo issue or gmail. it does same on rss feeder as well.

Do you lot feel that https://feeder.co/ has got progressively ineffective or as changing laptop has something to do with it. If so is there some sort of ways to fiddle around with configuration or something so that I get more than one job a week?

Is there other email domain that's compatible with these lot (hotmail sadly isnt, I heard)

Also any suggestion for slightly more competent RSS feeder? Thanks in advance
