Hi,

The new anti-bot captcha is not working as you can't click on it either on the smartphone nor on the computer...and the page remains frozen! Could you fix this issue please?

    The Captchas have now disappeared entirely for me in Chrome, so it's impossible to actually pick up a job.

    But they didn't solve the issue...they just removed the whole captcha system!

    Yes, the engineering team temporarily removed it to check and see the root cause of the issues reported. It will be relaunched once it is good to go.

    It works well so far. Definitely a good idea, and more jobs seem to show up as well, but maybe that's a coincidence?

    In my case (EN>SP), I have not noticed any change so far. Jobs are still scarce and for a few cents. If the captcha is really working, then the reason for the shortage of work is that there are no customers :(

    Hello. I don't know if this is intentional, but the captcha seems to be present only for regular jobs, collections with a file attachment appear just like before.

    It's working well now, at least so far. And a few jobs are coming up, which we can now take calmly, like in the good old days. It's proof, if proof were needed, that there were bots at work. Thanks to the Gengo team for their work on this and to Rica for keeping us posted. I hope there won't be any "counterattacks" from the bot users.

    @logos_sarada, I agree, and am somewhat surprised as I was not assuming that initially, but it seems like proof that bots have been used in the past. I am with Gengo since 11 years, and smiled at your "good old days" comment. Kind of feels the same here. Side note: I just noticed that I could take one assignment without this function being active, so I'm not sure what happened there, maybe it has been deactivated again for a minute?
