Welcome to our first post on Food lovers topic.
Undeniably, food is one of the things we love the most. Not only does food in different countries have distinct tastes, but some have stories to tell. This month, we will dive into the foods you eat to be healthy.
We don't know if most of the community is familiar with Kimchi, but it is a spicy pickled vegetable. One of our colleagues on the team eats this as their way to be healthy.
Not only it has a very distinct taste, but it has a lot of health benefits. According to WebMD, you can get a lot of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that will improve your digestive health, strengthen your immune system, and protect your heart.
Do you know any good brand or recipe for Kimchi that you can share with the community? Or do you have a different recipe or food for healthy living?
Please let us know, and let's all have a great chat in the comments!

I agree with that. In addition to being delicious, kimchi, one of the main items in Korean cuisine, is healthy in various ways, especially if made professionally. In Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, we have a couple of Korean restaurants that make delicious and homemade kimchi. It is not a surprise that Lay's has used its flavor recently in one of its chips products.
HELLO!.....hello......hello......ello...ello...llo....llo...o..........
Hi @amigo! Thank you for sharing that. 😊
I just searched up in Google to see if there is really a kimchi-flavored Lay's—I can't believe it! I'm hoping I can see it soon in our local grocery stores.
My parents love eating kimchi, and my mother always makes it whenever she can. We watched and followed Maangchi's recipe. It's hard to find good homemade Kimchi in our area so I'm glad my mom can make it so well. 💗
Pardon the poor quality of our kimchi 😆
@Jake - hello 😉
