This is an issue for me today.
Last payout had a delay as well, but at least it was announced beforehand. I should have received today's payout 13 hours ago. A request to Support was promptly replied with a "will check this out and get back to you ASAP", with no further communication.
Could it be because this happened during a Saturday? Let's keep in mind this is going in parallel with the RSS feed feature being unavailable since Wednesday, and, according to the official news, it will remain unavailable during the weekend, so I don't know if there will be any support at all until Monday.
And yes, maybe payouts are handled by a different team, but these delays never happened before, at least during the nine years I've been using Gengo, and, all of a sudden, they've become recurrent, along with other technical issues.
I'm only hoping all these technical glitches get solved soon, so the platform gets back on track for 2023 (it'll mark my 10th year as a translator here).

A clarification is in order regarding my previous message: the payout delay seems to be on the payment processor's side (Payoneer) as it appears under revision. So I guess I'll have to wait until I can contact their Support to see what the issue is.
