Doker - thanks for bringing this up. I've asked the operations team to check what's happening here, and I'll let you all know once I have updates.

Hi Doker, this situation is still being looked into. Thanks for everyone's patience.

We translators did our job and invested our time and effort, so we should receive the rewards for those jobs, regardless of whatever the issue was, which, in any case, is something out of our control or responsibility.

Hi everyone.
Gabriel, thanks for your comment, too.
The only update I have so far is that the situation is being looked into, but it is taking some time because, as we have seen, there are a number of collections involved. I have told the project management team that there are now seven of you on this thread, including Gabriel, that have experienced the same issue, and I have reminded the team of each of your particular cases.
If I receive any other updates, I'll be sure to let you all know, and I apologise to everyone that's been kept hanging.

Hello there,
One of the collections I worked on was rejected as well so there are at least nine of us so far...
Have a nice weekend everyone!

Gra, you mean that not all collections from this project were rejected?

Graciela
Hi Doker,
In my case, one Edit job was "force approved by Admin" and the rest of them were resubmitted for review and are yet to be approved.

I worked on 3 collections, all of which got rejected...

Hi, thanks again to everyone who's written. I've added the name of everyone who has commented on this thread so far to the list of cases that I have asked the project management team to investigate. If there are other people that are following this thread and experiencing the same situation, please let me know either here, or at katrina.paterson@lionbridge.com. I'd like to emphasise that all of the collections in question will be investigated eventually, but it may take some time because of the number of collections involved.
I'll let you all know once I have any more updates, and we thank all of you for bearing with us while we try to work through this situation.

How long will it take approximately?

Hi! I have the same problem - two of my editing jobs were rejected.

Hello Pavel, thank you for writing in. I have also added your name to the list.
Doker, at the moment all we know is that the relevant team is aware of the situation and that efforts are being made to resolve it. If I receive any more information about approximate time frames, I'll let you all know.

Hi, my issue was successfully resolved two days ago. Hopefully, all jobs will be approved soon : )

It's been over two weeks since the issue was brought to Gengo's attention. How long can it take to just force approve those jobs? There are not many people affected, judging from this thread...

Hi everyone, thanks again for your patience.
galyna.p, you're right that it's taken a while to investigate the situation, and we do apologise for that. The nature of the investigation has meant that several different team members had been involved in gathering the data, and since many of us are on different time zones, this has potentially made team correspondence more time-consuming, too.
I have now been told that every translator that has worked on this particular project has been identified, and their respective reward calculated. These rewards should appear on each translator's account on Friday 11 February (this includes everybody that has contributed to this particular forum thread, including igor, and also all of the translators who worked on the project but have not raised their concerns on the forum).
We apologise for keeping everyone hanging for so long, and I do appreciate all of you that have written on this thread to keep everyone else in the translator community informed.
If any of you have not seen the rewards on your translator account after Friday 11 February, please let me know either here or at katrina.paterson@lionbridge.com.

For what is worth, I got my rewards. As doker said, they appear in Rewards Adjustements (in your Account Dashboard), although the jobs themselves still appear as rejected.

Me neither. My latest reward adjustment is Oct 2020.
