I am experiencing the same issue. I contacted Gengo support, but I have received no answer yet.

Hello everyone, same here.
UPD: Issue solved with the help of the support team; they were very responsive. I could finish the jobs and submit them. Hope you are helped so quickly too!

А мне они дали закончить 2 работы, а 3-ю так и не получилось. Столько работ из-за этого бреда пропустил.

The tech team is aware that there's an issue, and work is being done to try to resolve it. For now, we'd recommend that anybody facing urgent issues, such as an inability to submit a collection, contacts support@gengo.com, since they work 24/7 and they should be able to provide advice in the end.
In general, if you see that something is wrong with the site (either the main Gengo website itself, or the translator dashboard), we'd always recommend contacting support@gengo.com and providing them with further information about the issue, since this alerts the team that something is wrong and helps them to diagnose the problem. Of course, you're all more than welcome to raise the topic on the forum, too, and to keep your comments coming here.
We hope to have everything running more smoothly soon. Thanks for all of your patience in the meantime.
