    I'm not absolutely sure, but I think it means the customer has rejected the job and that Gengo support team is currently handling the case. Hope it helps.

    Does that mean I will not get paid (T_T) ? By the way, thank you for replying Fudesaki! :)

    I think you will not get paid only if Gengo judges the rejection kind of justified. Otherwise, you will get paid;)

    Everything Fudesaki said is correct. However, I also had "Held" jobs in the past were the customer cancelled the job or there was some issue with the job, so Support put on hold in order to prevent me working from it further. In such cases, I got paid for the work I had managed to do before. You might want to contact Support to see what the reason is in your case! Best of luck!

    I just thought we have the same held job in different language pairs.

    @doker

    My collection is the one with 6134 units, which were split into 1857 jobs. They were very slow to load and save, and I spent more time per word than usual doing them, only to find out that the client will probably cancel the project 'due to duplicate orders' :/

    Same job here into French, held for the past 5 days, no reason given even though I submitted a request.

    @AlexF

    They're probably working on it. I got an email this morning explaining I would be compensated for the work I had completed, so I guess all the other translators will soon get notified and compensated as well.

    Hello!

    Just to let you all know that my Held job has been moved to Reviewable job(s). So, for anyone else experiencing the same issue like I was, rest assured that there is nothing to worry about (unless stated otherwise) :)
