I had a review two days ago which had a few mistakes that I took note of. I always try to learn from my mistakes and never repeat it. However, today I got another review for a previous job to that one. The customer has sent both of them after one another. And I got penalized for the second time for exactly the same mistakes. If it were a following job, I would've understood, but it's a previous job with the same context. I couldn't possibly do anything about it. I've done many jobs ever since, why do I get a review for a previous job to my last review. I thought the purpose of the Gocheck score is to know my mistakes and improve, not lose my qualifications. I've never experienced this before with Gengo. I don't understand exactly how the jobs that get reviews are chosen, but this is really demotivating.
