0 如題 之前聽說，GENGO會寄送小禮物獎勵完成100個collection的譯者， 符合資格就會收到專人來信聯繫寄送事宜， 今天看到GENGO在IG限動說他們又寄了一批禮物出去， 看得我好生羨慕～～～ 可是我在這裡待了4年，完成的案子應該早就超過100個了， 但一直都沒有收到相關聯絡呀～～～ 難道是我誤解了collection的意思？ Facebook Twitter LinkedIn
我还听说完成50万字会显示 wordsmith 徽章，除此之外还会有小礼品
100 collection 没听说过，50万字小礼品我收到的是一件短袖T恤。现在已经成了我的家居装，棉质还蛮舒服的，就是版型有点长。^ ^
倒是我剛剛才發現 50 萬字的禮物聯絡信幾個月前就躺在我的垃圾信件匣裡，不知道是不是無緣了...Orz

被你说到更心动了\(^o^)/~ 想起来当年毕业纪念校衫也是长款，也是当家居服穿了很久~然后我去 IG 上看了发现是真的有帆布袋，也好想要（但 100 collection 已经是几年前的事了……甚至想拿图去万能 TB 定制一只）
至于 T 恤，IG 上说最近国际包裹限制放宽，所以 gengo 又开始寄礼物了，所以还是有希望拿到的……吧？可我现在在国内疫情最严重的地方……就比较悬啦，希望明年能穿上？
谢谢提醒~可我去翻了垃圾邮件箱，也还是没有。按之前的经验，个人主页上展示的字数和自己workbench上看到的略有出入，workbench上显示会稍多一些，如果官方统计是按个人主页上来算，或许我还差一点字数？^_^ （P.S. 我这边个人主页最近更新已经是 4 月份的事了，不知道是为什么）

I shared the stories on Instagram yesterday and I'm really glad to know that you guys are following and excited about the gifts.
Just to clarify:
Please also know that, in the past, there was a time that we had to suspend all shipments to China because parcels weren't being delivered and, instead of being an excited experience for recipients, it was very frustrating, as people kept writing to us saying they're parcel hadn't been delivered and we were unable to find information regarding whether it had gotten lost. Things seem to have been better for the last couple of years, before COVID-19. At the moment, China is among the restricted countries to which we can't ship yet from Japan, but we will resume shipment to your country once the restriction is lifted! :)

@ Lara, thanks for giving your attention:) So the 100-collection club is still present and anyone who has achieved it recently will be entitled to it?
Also, how often is the personal profile page updated? It was last updated late April. Thanks:)
@bluebell_0805 - Yes! The 100 collection club is ongoing and every month I contact translators who reached their 100th collection in the previous month to collect their shipping details :) As for the Profile page, I'm really sorry about this! It looks like we're experiencing a bug and our Engineering team is working to solve it so the Profile pages start updating automatically again.
@白花花 - If believe when we implemented the 100-collection club, we started sending it to translators who had achieved the 100th collection exactly on the month prior to implementation. As you can imagine, since Gengo started in 2008 until 2016, thousands of translators had achieved their first 100 collection, so it was impossible to us to reward everybody at the moment of the implementation. However, I am trying to see if we can implement a different milestone where we can also reward translators who were not eligible for 100 collections club back in 2016, but who have continued to be active over the years despite not having reached the Wordsmith status yet. I appreciate your patience while I figure this out :)

Hi Fatma808, this is Katrina (Gengo Community Experience Associate) answering on behalf of Lara who has now left the company. I'm sad to say that unfortunately the 100 collection club is no more. As some of you might be aware, we had to place the campaign on hold in mid-June because we ran out of gifts to send and because we needed to review how the campaign would fit in with the wider Lionbridge integration plan. Unfortunately, the conclusion was that it would not be feasible to continue with the 100 collection gifts, which means that the only translator milestones with gifts associated are now Wordsmith (500,000 units) and Millionaire (1,000,000 units).
We're aware that there are still a few people that had already been contacted before the 100 collections campaign closed and that are still waiting on gifts, due to Covid-19 restrictions on shipping from Japan. We have a record of those people, and we're aiming to get their gifts out when possible. However, these will be the last people who receive 100 collection gifts.
