订单标有TM的时候,会比通常费率更低,有时候pro的订单的稿费甚至低到与普通standard接近。

尽管我能理解合适的TM辅助会让客户前后订单一致性更高,但有时明明订单没有提供任何匹配翻译,自动填充的所谓“100%”匹配句段也只是三重括号里的客户comment(而且匹配的也并不正确,系统会标红,还需要我们手动删除重新添加的那种)

想请教各位,这种订单是依据什么样的标准计费的呢?Gengo官方是不是有相应的解释文件而我没有找到?每每看到这类订单就会很疑惑。

或者说,在TM匹配度还不够好的情况下,遇到这类其实需要100%人工翻译却降低了费率的订单,是不是应该和Gengo支持团队联系或者标红旗呢(我个人总是很想这么做,但又会觉得有些过于计较)。

截图是我刚刚在rss里看到的推送,这单倒是字数不多,不过我也过字数不少、TM质量不好、稿费又低的订单呢……

    However, if you're seeing text within triple brackets (which is not supposed to be translated) getting picked up for TM, please report it to support@gengo.com, as that is a bug, and your rewards shouldn't get discounted in that case.

    Hi Lara,

    What you’ve described in your comment is a pervasive situation here in En > Zh language pair. I reckon Chatty was experiencing the exact problem that other En > Zh translators (like me) have encountered with.

    Orders like the following one are very common here:

    There were completely no matchings in the TM, and yet the reward was discounted due to the triple brackets.

    @Ch'ü Tsê-t'ien - Thanks so much for sharing! This is an issue which I had heard about already in other language pairs, but I didn't know your language pair was also suffering from it. We're actually already working towards fixing it, but I don't have a date that I can share yet for the fix to be deployed. In the meanwhile, while I understand it's extremely troublesome, please do email support@gengo.com and I believe they should be able to adjust your rewards. Thanks!
