I was wondering why the Amara product descriptions have been split into tiny jobs?

There is no context whatsoever which makes quality suffer, and secondly it is not worth my while anymore, klicking lots of times for $0.09 or the like.

I am surprised these jobs get done!

@Gabriele - I for one concentrate on Pro jobs in this category, and only when they are immediately translatable (it's hopeless without context in most cases). These Amara jobs were much easier in the beginning, when they were posted as larger group jobs and connected themes were shown in the same group, thus providing some context.

@Gabriele: Our sales team have told Amara to fix this but haven't yet. We will follow up and get them to do so. Also, we will be releasing a new feature at the end of the month which will allow customers to upload images and videos when they order. This will help translators get more context, and we will be asking Amara to do this when the feature is released.

FYI this feature has now been released whereby customers can add videos and images to their order. Our sales team will be working with Amara (and others) to use this to provide more context for translators.

    Hi Megan,

Really, this made me laugh!! Although this is a good idea in general, but clicking several times to pick up jobs for $0.20 odd and then spending more time to look at pictures, hm. That would probably ad up to an hourly rate of  $2!! I could buy myself a loaf of bread for that and maybe some eggs to go with it if I carried on doing this all day.
