Hi! I've come across a sentence in my translation that has me a bit stumped. I might be having a bit of a brain lapse and it's actually pretty simple, but I can't wrap my head around it right now.
" 第一陣に広報から杉澤さんが派遣されましたが, ... "
My trouble is mainly with the " 広報から " part and I can't seem to get it to sound right in English...
Any help is appreciated.

Not sure of the context, but it could be a Public Relations department (from within a company.)
It's about a group that does humanitarian work... but yes, maybe it means he was dispatched from the PR dep to the field. Thanks!
