Hi, sorry, I'll answer in English if that's OK! I'm not surprised you couldn't find anything in the dictionary, neither are normal English words. Do they appear together like that in the text? From the capitalization I'd assume they are some kind of invented proper noun.
As for being compound words: YT could be short for "YouTube"? "Bro" is usually short for brother. "Lol" could be "LOL (laughing out loud/笑). Tolly doesn't mean anything.
Could you give their context? They do seem like made-up names, maybe internet screen names?
”This job does not have enough content. Could you please provide some background information or some reference materials to help translators better understand how to translate this text? Thank you.”

Thank you for your advises!
I've got only just two words from client, so I was puzzled. As you said, at first I thought it was complex words too, but it doesn't make any sense as well.
So I flagged and waited from client 's imformation about this task but I couldn't get more.

So I cancelled this job unfortunately.
I hope I can get new job soon!
Good luck to all of us!!
その言葉は、きっと、"You too, bro" と "lol, totally" になる。
Internet misspellings for the win! Or not?
LOL!
そこまでの推測はできませんでした(^^;
まあ、あれは何の場合か知らないから私の出した翻訳を割引で聞いてくださいね(^^;
