Can someone help me with the phrase 人材輩出企業? From the context of the sentence it seems to be a coined term, but I can't seem to find an English translation of it.
A company that trains staff / personnel, maybe? Or that recruits them and sends them out 派遣 style?

thanks a lot. that site alone will be helpful with these phrases. I came up with Talented Personnel Producing Company, but it doesn't sound very natural.

Hi, sorry for a late reply.I am an En>JA translator.
A straight translation we generally use for the term "人材" is "Human resource".

"人材排出企業" is a company which cultivates good human resources and spreads them to the industry.
If I, you and Lara become the best translator in the industry someday, Gengo would be called "人材排出企業".
Sorry for my poor English and if you found any mistakes in what I wrote here, please let me know, since I am planing to take an exam for Ja> En.
