(ENG-IND) A translation Job that cannot be opened : a system error?

Greetings~ :3

There's a translation job from English to Indonesia with code number 1842394 that has been listed as available for translation but I cannot open it because it's a part of a job group (I presume it was a part of the TripAdvisor's translation batch). Was it an error in the system?

    Just want to ask.

    Why translation job from English to Indonesia with code number 1842394,which already started by another translator, still appearing in my dashboard ?? is there an error in my dashboard or account ?

    @anzhyo. Hello. I don't know too why this job group is still appearing in my dashboard until now. Is it a bug ??

    I've mentioned about this 'bug' to the person who handled the support ticket, but I haven't had any update yet. It seems that this kind of 'bug' also showed up in other language pair as well. Maybe the technical team need to manually delete that particular job so that it won't show up in translator's dashboard anymore.
