It's crazy. My last 7 Gocheck scores are 10s. But my score decreased 2 times after I got my 2 last 10s. I had 8.9 and now I have 8.8. How is it possible? And what is really strange, during this time my score has never increased!
Hi Katrina, would you be able to provide any further transparency about the GoCheck formula? I've never heard of a weighted average that drops after receiving perfect scores. This issue is very difficult to understand.

Hi doker, thanks for raising this point on the forum. I can see that in this case, Support have been helping you out, but for the benefit of other people reading, it's worth pointing out that each person's translator score is calculated based on the weighted average of their last 10 GoCheck scores minus the standard deviation, with the emphasis being on the fact that it is a weighted average, rather than a simple one.
I hope this helps.

Hi andyt, thanks for your question. It's true that the scoring system is a little complicated, but basically the weighted average considers the length and the recentness of each job (meaning that longer and more recent jobs will weigh more heavily).
I hope this helps, but if you have further questions (or anyone else does), please don't hesitate to ask!
