Hi all — I can confirm the issue has been resolved and everything should be working now.
If you were working on a job before the issue started and you’ve found it’s expired, please email Support with as many details as possible (collection ID or, if you don’t have it, language pair, level, approximate length and rewards, etc) so they can locate the job for you and reassign it.
Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience.

I have the same problem. I get a similar warning, I am able to access the website, there is one collection that has been sitting there since Sunday morning and now another (rather large) one which I cannot accept.
I told support and after the initial feedback saying that others have reported a similar error I havn't heard back from them.
Has Gengo been hacked?

Hi all -- thank you so much for bringing this up.
We are experiencing technical issues related to our SSL certificates, and our Engineering team is currently investigating and coordinating with our developers in other timezones in other to resolve the issue as soon as we can. Unfortunately, because part of the team is in Tokyo, and part in Europe, we're also experiencing a delay caused by time differences. We expect to be able to solve this as soon as possible, and will update you here and on our Facebook page as soon as the system is back to normal.
Please rest assured that Gengo has not been hacked, and we're working towards a solution.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience in the meanwhile.

It seems to work now, RSS included (and the +100$ job I was trying to pick since yesterday is gone 😭, oh, well...).
