Hello everyone Recently I translated a small job, about 4 sentences. After submitting the translation, the customer asked for a revision. I did what he asked, but after accepting the job the customer gave me a 1out of 5 rating. What does this mean? In the email it said that this would trigger an investigation by a language specialist which seems a little unfair. Did anyone have a similar experience?

I think this should help: https://support.gengo.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360042670654-Consequences-of-customer-feedback

Don't worry, if the reviewer has nothing to complain about, that's a free good review without other consequences :) At least if what Lara said back then still holds true.

@Nora: I had one experience like yours. It indeed triggered a review on that task, but a high score from the LS solved that issue; no more reviews were triggered by that bad customer feedback afterward. So don't worry too much about it.
