You don't specify what your language pair is, so there are two possible explanations as to why tests are not available:
1) We offer your language pair, but it's currently not available. We open and close tests based on availability and customer demand, so it is possible that we will open them again in the future, though there is no way of telling when this would happen. Further information here.
2) The other possibility is simply that we do not offer your language pair at the moment. If this is the case, this would be because at the moment we do not have enough customer demand of said language pair to open it, but this may change in the future depending on the number and volume of requests.

I can't find the pair - Eng-Span or Span-Eng, Gengo dont offer that lenguages?
Yes, we do offer English to Spanish and viceversa.
